Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is how we make it right.
Returns: What Qualifies
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The seal and packaging are intact and untampered.
- You have your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
- The product is within its printed expiry date.
What Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for returns:
- Opened or partially used supplements.
- Products with broken or tampered seals.
- Products stored improperly (supplements must be stored in a cool, dry place as directed on the label).
Individual responses to supplement ingredients vary. Mild, temporary reactions such as taste preferences, GI sensitivity, or headaches that resolve on their own are not considered product defects and do not qualify for a return. If you experience any severe, unusual, or persistent symptoms, discontinue use immediately, consult your healthcare provider, and contact us at support@rizeher.com so we can review your case.
Damaged or Defective Products
Received something damaged or defective? We will fix it immediately with a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo showing the damage or defect.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will confirm next steps within 48 hours of receiving your report.
For COD orders where the product arrives damaged, replacement is the default resolution. If you prefer a refund instead, we will collect your bank transfer details after receiving the returned damaged product.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@rizeher.com with the subject "Return Request: [Your Order Number]".
- Include your order number, the product name, and why you want to return it.
- We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
- Ship the product back using any tracked courier service. Keep your tracking number until you receive refund confirmation.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

COD orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are processed via bank transfer. We will contact you for your bank details.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships by emailing support@rizeher.com. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and falls under the return policy above.
Order Modifications
Quantity changes, address corrections, and product swaps can be requested via email before shipment. Once shipped, modifications are not possible and the standard return policy applies.
