PMS & Mood
Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) is a set of hormonal symptoms triggered during the luteal phase of your menstrual cycle, typically 7 to 14 days before your period. Approximately 75% of menstruating women experience some form of PMS, and for three in ten, symptoms are severe enough to disrupt daily life. The underlying drivers include rising cortisol, fluctuating progesterone, and serotonin changes.
CycleCalm is formulated specifically for luteal phase support. The hero ingredient is KSM-66 Ashwagandha at 300mg, the most clinically studied ashwagandha extract available, shown to support cortisol reduction in double-blind, placebo-controlled trials (Chandrasekhar et al., 2012). It's paired with Vitex (Chasteberry) 200mg for hormonal regulation, Saffron Extract 30mg (standardised to 3.5% crocin) for mood support, Magnesium Bisglycinate 200mg for bloating and muscle tension, plus Vitamin D3 and B12 at 100% RDA.
Take two capsules daily, preferably before bed. Start 7 to 10 days before your expected period for targeted luteal phase support, or take daily as a general stress and mood supplement. Most women notice reduced irritability and better sleep quality within the first two weeks.
