RizeHer offers health supplements formulated with clinically studied ingredients. Our products are classified as health supplements under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, and are manufactured at WHO-GMP compliant facilities in India.

Our products are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. Consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or managing a medical condition.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or place an order. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. We try to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

We may change prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities without prior notice. Promotional offers and discounts are subject to their specific terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

5. Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All payment information is processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store complete payment card details.

An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. Your order is accepted when we ship the product and send you shipping confirmation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Free shipping on all orders across India. Estimated delivery is 3 to 10 business days depending on location. Delivery timelines may vary during holidays, sales, or due to factors beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy.

Because these are ingestible products, opened or used supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except when the product is damaged or defective on arrival.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for 30 days. Most issues can be resolved by emailing support@rizeher.com.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation, the courts in Panchkula, Haryana have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
