Shipping Cost
Free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value.
Delivery Timeline

| Tier 2 cities | 5 to 7 business days |
| Tier 3 cities and remote areas | 7 to 10 business days |
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines may be affected during national holidays, festivals, or severe weather.
Metro cities include Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, and Ahmedabad.
Where We Ship
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will notify you within 2 business days and issue a full refund.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Your order will be shipped through a trusted logistics partner. Delivery times and service quality may vary by partner and location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with:

- A link to track your order in real time.

Packaging
All products are shipped in secure, sealed packaging designed to protect your supplements during transit. Each product includes proper labelling as required under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (FSSAI).
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping confirmation, contact us at support@rizeher.com with your order number. We will investigate with our shipping partner and update you within 48 hours.
